1. Customer service is phenomenal hands down. They were already ready for me the moment I arrived. Throughout the process they kept me updated with videos / pics & eta the whole way. This people really do their best to make your experience as smooth as butter. 2. Their location where they work on the cars, taking that you go to them. Its Clean, well maintained & professional. 3. The work/job itself I'd give it 4.8 stars out of 5. They missed some swirls/lines, BUT are willing to make it right & they own up to it. Unlike other places that will make excuses & so on. All in all I give this young fellas 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 well deserved stars. I will definitely keep coming back to them & referring my family & friends to them.

I had an amazing experience at JJ’s Detailing Shop in Anaheim! I took my car in yesterday for a ceramic coating, and Nick did an absolutely awesome job. The paint looks better than it did the day I bought it—the gloss and depth are incredible. Nick was professional, meticulous, and clearly takes pride in his work. If you want top-tier quality and excellent service, go see Nick at JJ's. Highly recommended!

GREAT QUALITY WORK. First off, my car was covered in tiny sap dots from the tree I park my car at on a daily basis. JJ’s detailing was able to get ALL those pesky dots off and make my car so shiny! I was extremely happy with the end result and am so appreciative! I took advantage of the amazing detailing and ceramic coating deal they were offering this month and next! They honored it with NO HIDDEN fees or random things. They were transparent about their price and honest, which I appreciated. The only grievance I had was that the service took double the time I was told. The reason behind it was because of those pesky sap dots, which I completely understood. But I wish that someone would have called me or verbally told me the service was going to be longer than expected, that was my only grievance. HOWEVER, the service itself looks amazing! I got the 10 year ceramic coding so we shall see how it lasts! Thank you JJ detailing 🙌🏼

"I called JJ Details for a mobile full interior, exterior, and engine bay detail on my son’s white Mercedes C300, and Aaron did an absolutely amazing job! He was incredibly meticulous, professional, and took his time making sure every single detail was perfect. The engine bay looks factory-new, the black Mercedes brake dust is completely gone from the wheels, and the interior looks and smells incredible. White cars are tough to get perfect, but Aaron nailed it. Highly recommend asking for Aaron if you want top-tier work. I’m uploading some pictures so everyone can see the quality of his work!"

JJ did an amazing job ceramic coating my 2023 Tacoma. He was fast, professional, and paid great attention to detail. The truck came out looking better than I expected with an incredible shine and smooth finish. He took the time to explain the process and made sure everything was done right. If you’re looking for someone who does quality work at a fair price, I highly recommend JJ. I’ll definitely be coming back for future detailing and ceramic coating services!
